Across our 46 year history, ALTAIRE SERVICING has designed and delivered systems incorporating all types of point type detection (fixed temp + rate of rise heat/smoke/ion/thermal probe/duct probes) lineal heat detection, UV/IR flame type detection, video detection specialising in all types with a pointed focus on special hazard MASDS installations including freezers and large scale data halls and centres.
From the most basic occupant warning system inline with what you might find in a warehouse, right through to a fully programmable system integrating PA announcements into a fully-fledged EWIS arrangement synonymous with what you find in large public assembly buildings such as Melbourne Airport and Spencer St Station, we have executed these types of systems and everything in-between.
In terms of smoke control and smoke hazard management, ALTAIRE SERVICING has had experience in the design and implementation of basic mechanical interface arrangements and systematic pressurisation systems all the way through to entire high rise tower arrangements. Starting with FFCP (Fire Fighters Control Panel) concept, design, construction, implementation and commissioning.
